RETURNS
You can return any new merchandise within 30 days after the delivery date.
Condition of Merchandise: All merchandise must be returned in the same condition it was received. All tags must be intact, merchandise must not be altered, hemmed, laundered, dry-cleaned, worn or otherwise damaged. Items sent back with any stains including makeup and deodorant stains, will not be accepted for a refund. We are also unable to accept items for return that have any strong lingering odors.
Exclusions: Clearance, Seasonal and Holiday items cannot be returned, even within the 30 day period. Due to the personal nature of underwear, we cannot accept returns of underwear.
Returns: You can return any new merchandise within 30 days after the delivery date. To place a return please send the item with a copy of the original invoice, or a written note with the order#, name in the order, email, reason for the return and send it with the item to Big Daddy Clothing, 10 Fadem Road – Unit 2, Springfield, NJ 07081. The order information is needed to locate your order and process the refund correctly. Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to process once the package s received back in our facility.
At this time, we don’t offer free return labels unless we made an error in picking. If that happened, please contact us and we will work with you to correct the situation.
Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Please be sure to get a tracking number when you ship the order back to us. We cannot be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during return transit.
