SHIPPING & RETURNS
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON U.S. ORDERS
- Please allow 24-72 business hours for warehouse processing after all orders are placed.
- Phone number is required at checkout for additional security.
- If package is undeliverable because of missing, incorrect, or incomplete apartment numbers, suite numbers, or other destination information, cost of re-sending package will be invoiced to customer.
- Please note that we cannot cancel or modify orders that have already shipped.
- In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute to the best of our abilities, but we will not be held liable or responsible for carrier delays or errors.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICIES
Please allow 1-3 business days handling time for your order to be processed and shipped. Standard shipments will ship via USPS, FedEx or UPS depending on your location. Orders with shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO/FPO & U.S. Territories will ship via USPS Priority. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Orders placed for overnight service at an additional charge before 10:00 AM EST will ship out the same day and will arrive the following day (excluding holidays and weekends). Saturday delivery is not available at this time.
HAWAII, ALASKA, PO BOXES, APO/FPO & U.S TERRITORIES
We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories. Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via USPS Priority.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES
At this time, we are not offering international shipping as an option during checkout. You can contact us with special international requests.
All packages are shipped with tracking information. Tracking numbers will be sent automatically when your order is shipped.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
- What is your return/exchange policy?
- You can return or exchange any new merchandise for up to 30 days after the delivery date.
- Please print and fill out our Return & Exchange form. Include this form in your return shipment and we will promptly complete the return or exchange and send it back.
- Please note that all items must be unwashed and unworn. Items sent back with any stains including makeup and deodorant stains, will not be accepted for exchange. We are also unable to accept items for return or exchange that have any strong lingering odors.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable.
- Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged, even within the 30 day period.
- Please be sure to get a tracking number when you ship the order back to us. We cannot be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during return transit.
