FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON U.S. ORDERS OVER $50
- Please allow 24-72 business hours for warehouse processing after all orders are placed.
- Phone number is required at checkout for additional security.
- If package is undeliverable because of missing, incorrect, or incomplete apartment numbers, suite numbers, or other destination information, cost of re-sending package may be invoiced to customer.
- Please note that we cannot cancel or modify orders that have already shipped.
- In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute to the best of our abilities, but we will not be held liable or responsible for carrier delays or errors.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICIES
Please allow 1-3 business days handling time for your order to be processed and shipped. Standard shipments will ship via USPS, FedEx or UPS depending on your location. Orders with shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO/FPO & U.S. Territories will ship via USPS Priority. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING
Orders placed for overnight service at an additional charge before 10:00 AM EST will ship out the same day and will arrive the following day (excluding holidays and weekends). Saturday overnight delivery is not available at this time.
HAWAII, ALASKA, PO BOXES, APO/FPO & U.S TERRITORIES
We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories. Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via USPS Priority.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES
At this time, we are not offering international shipping as an option during checkout. You can contact us with special international requests.
TRACKING
All packages are shipped with tracking information. Tracking numbers will be sent automatically when your order is shipped.
RETURNS
We want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied you have 30 days to return most Big Daddy purchases.
Condition of Merchandise: All merchandise must be returned in the same condition it was received. All tags must be intact, merchandise must not be altered, hemmed, laundered, dry-cleaned, worn or otherwise damaged. Items sent back with any stains including makeup and deodorant stains, will not be accepted for a refund. We are also unable to accept items for return that have any strong lingering odors.
Exclusions: Altered or laundered apparel, cloth face mask coverings, and items identified as “final sale” cannot be returned. Clearance, Personal Items, Seasonal and Holiday items cannot be returned, even within the 30 day period. For sanitary reasons, underwear is not returnable.
Returns: You can return any new merchandise within 30 days after the delivery date. To place a return please send the item with the order invoice, or a written note with the order#, name in the order, email, reason of the return and send it with the item to Big Daddy Clothing 10 Fadem Road – Unit 2, Springfield, NJ 07081. The order information is needed to locate your order and process the refund correctly. Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to process. We don’t offer free return labels.
Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Please be sure to get a tracking number when you ship the order back to us. We cannot be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during return transit.
