Most adults masks or this style are roughly 11″ spacing between the ear holes. We have made a mask that is 2″ wider specifically for those who need a mask with a little more room. These are a single layer of knit cotton material and are very breathable. They are washable, but are not a permanent, last-forever, style mask. They are more comfortable for those that need a larger size.

Outer holes are for ears, inner holes are to add elasticity.
